Established in 1974, we are proud to be a design, innovation and service leader in the thermoforming and fabricated plastics industry. We specialize in the design and production of plastic components for retail, commercial and industrial applications. We aggressively manage the cost of materials so you can be assured you are receiving the best value when you select ASI Plastics. Our facility is over 21,000 square feet, equipped to offer fabrication, vacuum forming, tool making, CNC and design services. We work with Acrylic, ABS, Polycarbonate, PETG and a multitude of other specialized materials. Thirty five years of experience coupled with an extensive knowledge of the materials we work with, allow us to find the best solutions for our customer’s need. We are committed to understanding your requirements for appearance and tolerance to ensure a superior finished product. Environmental Stewardship ASI Plastics is commited to environmental stewardship. We seperate and recycle more than 97% of our scrap plastics. Some plastics are sent directly to the manufacturer for regrinding and recycling and some offcut materials are donated to local high schools for students to use in their shop programs. We also recycle customer's unused plastics and outdated products. All packaging and paper products are collected and recycled. We have invested in power saving equipment and lighting to reduce our environmental footprint. Where possible we work with local suppliers and contractors to reduce energy consumption related to transportation. |
